Too long to wait for appointments, always behind someone on the day, turn up on time but still have long wait (doctors). Nurse appointments are usually very good time wise.

Phone patients back when phone consultations are asked for. 3 times requests were made to speak to a doctor ( in 3 weeks) still waiting???

Couldn't get an appointment even though I rang from 8 am till 9:45! Then I couldn't get an appointment for 5 weeks! So waited for doctor to ring me back to discuss my issues and doctor gave me appointment for the next day.

Most to be improved, is more available appointments to see a dcotor.

The care is OK, it's length of time waiting for appointments that's bad.
